OMLeaks manifesto

We fear
no one.

We are from Marseille. We fight for Marseille. And we want to see OM win the Champions League again.

Why OMLeaks exists

We did not create this outlet to comment on one more crisis.

We created it because we want to see Marseille win.

Not only on Sunday. Not only against Paris. We want a club strong, clean and stable enough to become French champions again, return to the top of Europe and one day win the Champions League again.

We are from Marseille

OMLeaks is not against OM.

OMLeaks is against everything that weakens OM.

We speak as people speak here: frankly, with wit, memory and an answer ready. We know this city's pride. We also know its wounds, its forgotten promises and the feeling that Marseille is always being asked to wait.

We no longer want to wait without understanding.

02

Follow the money

Who pays? Who signs? Who benefits?

We investigate everyone who makes substantial money from OM, its stadium, its supporters or the image of Marseille in football.

Earning a living around the club is not wrongdoing. Neither is earning a lot of money. But when a payment, commission, advantage, contract or market appears disproportionate, opaque or unsupported by a clear return, we open the file.

Owners, presidents, executives, players, agents, intermediaries, suppliers, sponsors, media, influencers, elected officials, institutions and supporter groups all fall within our scope.

01Who decides?

02Who signs?

03Who benefits?

04What does OM receive?

Popularity, seniority, power and friendships will close no file.

Those who remainPresidents leave.
Supporters remain.
03

Respect the stands

This club survives because people give it part of their lives.

Many have spent years following Marseille, organising the stands, preparing displays, defending the colours, paying for travel and passing that passion on to the children. They were here before the president of the moment. They remain after the next player and owner leave.

Those who give OM their time, money, voice, sleep and energy are the club's most enduring strength. They deserve respect.

04

No side to protect

We owe our silence to no one.

We are not seeking a seat, invitation, accreditation, job or protection from a clan. We have no president to install, executive to defend, group to favour, journalist to protect or adversary to destroy.

Independence does not mean opposing everyone. It means investigating everyone with the same method.

Evidence before preference

No one is above the facts. Not even us.

Establish

Publish the evidence

Explain what a document proves and what it cannot support.

Reply

Give people a voice

Every person directly implicated receives precise questions and reasonable time to reply.

Correct

Hide nothing

If evidence contradicts us or we make a mistake, the correction remains visible.

Doubt

Say when we do not know

A rumour never replaces evidence, even when it suits our side.

Put your affairs in order

We threaten no one. We are announcing our method.

To everyone who benefits from a system they know is dirty or impossible to defend in public: end the opaque practices now.

We seek contracts, commissions, votes, signatures, beneficiaries and consideration. We follow decisions beyond press releases and keep files open after the crisis and after the president changes.

Our side is Marseille

One day, OM must win the Champions League again.

We want the Vélodrome to host Europe's greatest nights again. We want Marseille's children to grow up with more than the memories told by their parents. We want Marseille to stop looking at 1993 as an unreachable summit.

That is why we open the files today.
